If for any reason we miss you on the delivery day, a card will be left for you to call the depot to collect the goods. For a second delivery you will need to pay extra freight cost. We cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every customer. Buyers in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, or out-of-towners, etc may need to collect from their nearest freight depot.

30 DAY RETURNS
If you've changed your mind or purchased in error you may be entitled to return the product for a partial refund. We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item, and it must be returned in original unused re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging in the following 14 days.
